Recognizing the need to acquire essential skills to turn her aspirations into reality, she sought out opportunities for learning and growth. Her quest led her to the doors of MSVS's institute, where she enrolled in the Incense Sticks, Candle, and Detergent Powder Making course.

Through rigorous training and mentorship, Sunita not only honed her craft but also gained invaluable insights into entrepreneurship, financial management, and business development. Empowered by knowledge and armed with determination, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, founding her own business in detergent powder making.

Driven by a vision of creating a distinctive brand, Sunita collaborated with DIC to brand her detergent powder under the name "Top Detergent." With unwavering determination, she navigated the challenges of marketing and competition, refusing to succumb to adversity.

Sunita's innovative approach to marketing her products, including bath soaps, incense sticks, and candles, exemplifies her entrepreneurial spirit. By leveraging the vast network of women's Self Help Groups (SHGs) in her area, she amplified her brand's visibility and expanded her market reach, turning hurdles into opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Today, Sunita's detergent powder, sold under the brand name 'Top,' enjoys widespread popularity across the district, a testament to her tenacity and determination. Her success not only transformed her life but also inspired a vision of empowerment and possibility for other women in her community.
